Counselling is a talking therapy where you can talk about your issues and feelings in a safe, confidential place with a counsellor who is trained to listen empathically and without judgment or criticism. In my counselling practice I offer just that. I believe that safe space can be achieved in different settings and that is the reason I am offering, apart from face to face therapy, online counselling and also over the phone.

About me and my practice

Hello, my name is Sean. I am a person-centred therapist based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I have experience in counselling adults and young people as well as 10 years experience supporting people with mental health difficulties.

I know that life can bring challenges that can be understood better through sharing with a skilled listener. I also know that it is very difficult to reach out and ask to be heard. Bearing this in mind, I offer a friendly, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions and experiences.

As an accredited member of National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I work in line with NCPS ethical framework. I seek regular supervision and continuous professional development.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free and confidential counselling consultation which can last up to 50 minutes. The consultations is a chance for us to meet, to talk about therapy and how it will help. It is a chance for you to ask me any questions which you might have and just to see how it feels to be speaking with me.

Fees

My fees are £45 per counselling hour (50 minutes). I do have a discount for clients with low income and on social security benefits.

When I Work

I work form Monday to Saturday.
